We accept any of our products so long as they are in like new or gently used condition, except for items that fall into the categories listed below. Not all items may be eligible for credit though. Please be sure to check their worth below.
An item’s credit value is based on what type of item it is and its condition. You’ll earn the trade-in credits listed below for each item that passes our review. If an item does not pass our review, you’ll earn $4.00 instead, unless that item’s credit value is zero (as shown below).
If a shipping fee applies, it will be shown to you before you finalize your trade-in. Any shipping fees will be deducted from the total value of your trade-in. However, so long as your trade-in contains at least one item whose credit value is greater than zero, you’ll always earn at least $5.00 per submission (regardless of the number of items contained in that submission). If these amounts are not acceptable to you, do not submit your trade-in.
Trading-in your clothes is easy! Here’s how:
Absolutely! You can trade-in anything that is listed in our online catalog, even if you didn’t buy it directly from us, including pre-loved items.
No. We are unable to return items that you send to us for any reason, including if you disagree with our decision to reject an item. If you’re not ready to permanently part with an item, do not submit it for trade-in.
We do our best to process trade-ins as quickly as possible, but please allow 7- 10 business days for us to do so. You’ll receive an email as soon as we process your trade-in.
Trade-in credits will be issued to you in the form of a gift card that can be used to purchase new products at https://leagueoffriends.nyc. Your gift card will be sent to you by email.
Our goal is to extend the lives of these items as much as possible. That usually means reselling items so that they can be continued to be used. In some cases we may donate items to charity. Items that are beyond repair will be recycled, whenever possible. Everything else will be discarded as responsibly as possible.
